As a Property Manager at DreamDwell, you will oversee the daily operations of our rental properties, ensuring they are well-maintained and profitable. You will handle tenant relations, coordinate maintenance and repairs, manage lease agreements, and ensure compliance with property regulations. Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations of rental properties
  • Coordinate maintenance and repair activities
  • Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and relations
  • Prepare and manage lease agreements
  • Ensure compliance with property regulations and laws
  • Conduct regular property inspections

Qualifications:

  • Experience in property management or related field
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Knowledge of property management software is a plus
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • High level of professionalism and reliability
