You will handle tenant relations, coordinate maintenance and repairs, manage lease agreements, and ensure compliance with property regulations. Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of rental properties
- Coordinate maintenance and repair activities
- Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and relations
- Prepare and manage lease agreements
- Ensure compliance with property regulations and laws
- Conduct regular property inspections
Qualifications:
- Experience in property management or related field
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Knowledge of property management software is a plus
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- High level of professionalism and reliability
