You will manage online listings, create engaging social media content, coordinate open houses and events, and collaborate with our agents to design effective marketing materials. Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing plans for properties and services
  • Manage online property listings and ensure accuracy
  • Create and schedule social media posts and campaigns
  • Design marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and advertisements
  • Coordinate and promote open houses and events
  • Analyze marketing metrics and adjust strategies as needed

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field
  • Experience in real estate marketing is a plus
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and social media platforms
  • Strong writing and design skills
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
  • Attention to detail and creativity
