Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify investment opportunities
- Evaluate properties and provide investment recommendations
- Develop and implement investment strategies for clients
- Prepare financial models and projections
- Advise clients on real estate investment portfolios
- Stay updated on market trends and economic factors
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, real estate, or related field
- Experience in real estate investment or financial analysis
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Knowledge of real estate market trends and investment principles
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
